As a landlord your investment property may be at stake with the wrong tenants, in which this could cause potential loss of income, detrimental issues such as causing you to lose your property and resulting in a poor credit score and other financial stress.

As a Tenant, where the landlord is failing to meet their obligations to maintain and keep the complex or unit to a good state of repair can cause stressful living conditions.  You may not be aware of the rights that are available to you.

A legal representative can assist you in the mediation process to come to a resolution and/or set the hearing date to proceed advocating on your behalf making sure the member, also known as the adjudicator understands your position in your case.

Having to face an eviction or having hard time evicting a tenant is a stressful process. You do not need to deal with this on your own.
